Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of mossify.ai (the "Site") and any quotes, proposals or information we provide through it. The Site is operated by Mossify AI Inc. ("Mossify AI", "we", "us"), Markham, Ontario, Canada. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who the Site is for

The Site and our services are for businesses. By booking a call or requesting a proposal, you confirm you are acting for a business and are at least the age of majority where you live.

2. Our services

We offer AI operations audits, done-for-you builds of AI agents, ongoing care, and a self-serve kit and course. Descriptions and "from" prices on the Site are general information in US dollars, not offers. The scope, price, timeline and terms of any engagement are set in a written proposal or agreement signed by both sides. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement wins.

3. Results

Numbers on the Site describe our own company's results, labelled as measured or in testing, and our own estimates. They are not a promise of your results. Results depend on your business, data, tools and team.

4. Builder and AI guide

• The builder's prices and hours-saved figures are estimates for planning only. A build is confirmed only when we confirm it in writing.
• Maya, our AI guide, is an AI. Its answers may be wrong or incomplete and are not professional, legal, tax or financial advice. Confirm anything important with us by email.
• Don't enter passwords, payment card numbers or other sensitive personal information into the chat.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Site: no attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer it, no automated submissions to our forms or chat, no unlawful or harmful content, and no attempts to make the AI guide produce harmful output.

6. Intellectual property

The Site's content, design, logos and the Mossify and Mossify AI names belong to us or our licensors. MOSSIFY is a trademark of Simply Mossy Art Inc., used under licence. You may view and share the Site for evaluating our services. Don't copy or reuse it for other purposes without our written permission. Ownership of anything we build for you is set in your engagement agreement.

7. Privacy and email

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We send commercial email only as Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL) allows, and every message includes a working unsubscribe link.

8. Third-party services

The Site and our services connect to third-party tools (for example Shopify, Google, Anthropic, Meta). Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we're not responsible for their availability or changes.

9. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to CAD $100. Liability for paid services is set in the engagement agreement.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the update.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law where you are says otherwise.
